About Teah

Hi, I’m Teah! I’m the Naturopath (BHSc) behind Tiny House Herbals. I’m passionate about helping women to heal and achieve their health goals.

Throughout my studies, I began to realise how little women are taught about their own bodies and decided this needed to change! I’m determined to help educate women about how their bodies work and how they can use their cyclic powers to better their lives.

How is a Naturopathic Consultion Conducted?

At Tiny House Herbals, we offer both standalone consultation options and packaged treatment options to best suit your needs and health goals. Our aim is to support and empower you on your health journey, equipping you with all the tools that you need to regain your health.

During your 75 minute initial consultation we will deep dive into your past and present health concerns, and ask you lots of weird and wonderful questions to uncover the root cause of your health issues. Together, we will create a treatment plan that works for YOU, and that you know you will be able to implement. You will be provided with dietary and lifestyle advice, and prescribed any nutritional/ herbal supplements that are required. We will then make a plan for continued care.

Follow up consultations run for 45 minutes and allow us to check in and assess how your health is progressing. We can make any tweaks needed to your treatment protocol and continue working towards achieving your health goals! Follow up consultations also help to keep you on track and motivated to continue working towards your health, and allow you to address any queries you may have.

All of our consultations and packages are currently offered as online services using Zoom. All prescriptions are delivered directly to your front door.
